This policy explains what King's Tree Service does with the information you send through this website. We are a two-person tree service in Palm Bay, Florida. We collect as little as possible, and only what we need to quote and carry out your work.
Personally identifiable information we collect
The only information we gather is what you choose to type into the estimate form:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- The job address or town
- Whatever you tell us about the work in the details box
That is the complete list. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers. We do not buy information about you from anyone else, and we do not build a profile on you.
How we use it
To reply to you, give you an estimate, arrange the work, and deal with that job. Nothing else.
About your phone number. When you give us your number on the form, you are asking us to get back to you about that job, so we will call or text you about it. We do not use your number for marketing, we do not send promotional texts, we do not use autodialers or recorded messages, and we never pass your number to lead sellers or other contractors. Tell us to stop contacting you and we will.
We do not run a mailing list and will not add you to one.
Categories of third parties we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only in these situations:
- Email and form delivery providers. The estimate form either opens your own email app or passes your message through a form-delivery service. Either way the message lands in our email account. These providers handle the message only to deliver and store it.
- Your insurance company, if you have asked us to document or bill storm damage, and only the parts of the job that claim needs.
- Where the law requires it, or where we need it to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not allow any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through this site.
Fonts loaded from Google
This site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. Like any site that uses them, that request reveals your IP address and browser to Google. Nothing you type into the form is sent to Google, and we send them no other information about you.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no accepted industry standard for how sites should answer it, so we do not respond to it specifically. This does not change anything for you, because we do not track visitors across websites or over time in the first place.
Reviewing, correcting, or deleting your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us and we will handle it. There is no form to fill in and no charge. We may need to confirm who you are before making changes.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests stay in our email so we have a record of the job and the quote we gave. If you would rather we delete yours, ask and we will.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Security
We keep your details in ordinary password-protected email and phone accounts. That is reasonable for a business our size, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send card, bank, or Social Security details through the form. We will never ask you for payment details by email.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
